GameDay children’s ministries and CrosslineYouth are teaming up to host a crucial gathering of parents.

Sunday, April 29th, 2012, we’ll give you the essentials you need to defend your family.

What Not to Ask Your Kid After Church

One of the youth ministry blogs I read recently
came out with a short write-up on the notorious
interaction between parents and kids after
church.  For many parents, this exchange
can be frustrating if not depressing.

The blog reads:

“Did you have fun?” I have probably asked my
own kids this question dozens of times after

Last Wednesday night we were talking about [the cost of following Jesus], specifically looking at Jesus words about [hating your mother and father as compared to your devotion to following him]. I walked out of the class behind one of the students when a parent asked him, “Did you have fun in class?”

Fun?! I was indignant for about an hour until (more…)

Merry Christmas!

This time of the year symbolically marks Jesus Christ’s triumphant entrance into time. His life, death, and resurrected new life changed history and our relationship to God forever. It is truly a time to reflect, celebrate, and give thanks to God.

OnDecember 22nd, CrosslineYouth is hosting a very important event, one you will not want to miss.

Our newfound friends, Future of Forestry, have put together an incredible show that tells the story through music of Jesus Christ coming to earth. By revising and revisiting old Christmas favorites as well as introducing songs of their own, their music tells the story of peace coming to earth and hope coming to all of humanity.

Future of Forestry brilliantly makes good use of sleigh bells, harmonium, strings, vibraphones, and much much more to draw you into a Christmas filled worship experience like no other.

This Christmas, we invite you and your family to come worship Jesus with us as we enjoy the beautiful music of Future of Forestry!

***Tickets for this event are $8 dollars presale and $10 dollars at the door. Kids 12 & under get in free!

To learn more about this event please visit our Facebook Event Page with a link to online ticking.  OR head over to www.futureofforestry.com to get a sneak peak of their music and what’s to come.

This November, a team of high
school students and leaders will
embark on an epic 4 day mission
trip to the state of Utah.

Our plan is to follow God’s call to share the Gospel of Grace with Mormons and spiritual seekers in the heart of Salt Lake City.

This is a challenging and often neglected mission field.
